Paul Vagnozzi has 30 years of experience in the computer and information technology industries, in software design and development; customer support; and recruiting.

Paul was the Founder of Cypress Corporation, and its Chief Architect and Director of Product Development. He led the architecture, design, and development of the Cypress Content and Output Management Suite and the DocuVault Database.

As part of this effort, Paul recruited the technical staff, putting together the highly skilled and extremely productive team that produced and supported the Cypress product.

Prior to this, Paul worked for Burroughs Corporation as a technical systems representative to large automotive, manufacturing, and communications accounts. He provided support for all system software, including operating systems, compilers, databases, communications, timesharing, and transaction monitors.

At Burroughs, Paul helped recruit technical systems support personnel. He also worked in pre-sales, providing technical assistance to sales teams.

Paul has a BGS (Bachelor of General Studies) degree from the University of Michigan, College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. His academic work included Computer Science as well as Liberal Arts and Humanities.

He is the inventor of two patents on Database Indexing and Information Retrieval.
